SailGP fails fast and moves on swiftly from that horror smash...
Am I alone in thinking that I can hear the sound of a giant broom sweeping inconvenience under the carpet? To be honest I was quite gobsmacked by the ‘Findings from Review’ that SailGP published, so much so that it’s taken me a good 24 hours to digest it. It’s a remarkable piece of face-saving with SailGP Director of Performance Engineering Alex Reid wheeled out to effectively say: “Nothing to see here..move on.”
